Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid Palmar subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time with effect from the end of your current billing period. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. You can cancel through our Buyer portal, accessible via the link in your subscription confirmation email, or by submitting a cancellation request to billing@palmar.ai.
2. Access after cancellation
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. At the end of that period your subscription does not renew and you are not charged again.
3. Refunds
Palmar is sold through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Refunds are handled by Paddle under Paddle's Refund Policy, which governs all transactions. In summary:
- You may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase — for example, 14 days in the EU, EEA and UK, and shorter periods in some other countries — subject to the conditions in Paddle's policy.
- Paddle may also issue refunds at its discretion within 14 days of a transaction, and for technical faults or material problems with the product.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 14 days.
- Refunds are not issued where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse.
